8th August 2006 Thor Mining has today released its Prospectus for the offer of up to 50,000,000 Offer Shares at an issue price of 20 cents with one free attaching listed Warrant for every two Offer Shares to raise A$10,000,000 with the company reserving capacity for Oversubscriptions for a further 2,500,000 Offer Shares at an issue price of 20 cents with one free attaching listed Warrant for every two Offer Shares to raise a further A$500,000 solely to ensure a minimum spread of Shareholders is received. |
