8th August 2006 Thor Mining today announced that it has lodged a Prospectus for a A$10.5 million Initial Public Offering in Australia ahead of the proposed dual listing of its shares on the Australian Stock Exchange. The Directors are also pleased to announce that Patersons Securities Limited has agreed to underwrite $10.0M of the IPO listing. |
